Dear DS experts,

for a customer who have to manage thousands of documents in bookmark folders (use Bookmark Editor). A document manager has created the bookmark structure and added the documents in a dedicated collaborative space (protected). Bookmark folders are active and documents are in work.

To make the documents visible to designers bookmark folders and documents where shared to users and user groups.

Now the question is: Is this a full supported method and is there a limitation in sharing bookmark folders and documents?
