i want to share a bookmark, where 3D & 2D data are stored, to users or to a specified collaborative space.
Because we have one collaborative space where all 3D and 2d data are located and only the desinger have the permission for that.
All other user from the company are in the second collaborative.
Our idea is that we only want to share specified bookmarks with the other users, so that they only get the permission to read / to see the right parts and drawings.
But if click on a bookmark and then on the share button and select a user nothing happens. The user doesn't get a message or can see the bookmark.
Or what is your approach to sharing data with others? We just don't want everyone to see all the 3D data, otherwise it just confuses the employees when they see all the 3D data (all variants of a product) and no longer know which data is the right one.
