We are actively engaged in Change Management and have been entrusted with the pivotal 'Collaborative Industry Innovator' role. In our operational context, we are deliberating commencing our endeavors by addressing Issues, subsequently transitioning to Change Requests, and ultimately orchestrating Change Actions to effectuate the desired modifications. Regrettably, the absence of the Change Manager (CHG) role poses a notable challenge. While our existing documentation alludes to the feasibility of this approach,we are uncertain about the methodology for establishing the linkage between Change Request and Change Action to ensure a streamlined process flow..
