Just curious, we have a very good way of setting up Route Management Templates and sharing them with the organization. When creating Issues, there is an option to store the issue as a Template, but these a personal, or shared by link. Not as intuitive as the route management templates in being shared or revised within the organization.
And lastly, do we have Change Action Templates? And why not? Are there templates for Change Orders or Change Requests? Are these in the pipeline?
It would be good to have these kinds aligned in their functionality within company, to have the 'same' way of dealing with templates on these functionalities. My customer has asked about this today, just seeing what the Global Community thinks.
I for one would love to be able to implement Change Action Templates!
