To notify project team that project's gate (DPM) has been completed, we add a "Notify Only" route to the gate. However, the notification received by the recipient is not easy to interpret. The text, rather than clearly indicating a Gate Completion Notification, appears more like a task assignment notification, including due dates. 

Moreover, clicking on the notification doesn't help clarify the situation: the route management is opened and it is not clear which gate or project it refers to.
Any suggestion to make the notification and its context clearer? What alternative solutions to the "notify only" route could be considered?
