Dear Team, 

I am trying to change the transition state of a revision from released to under editing, add a new revision and also trying to delete the file. But none of the actions are not happening. It throws an error which is attached above. Can someone help me out to sort this out. 

I am the owner of This file. I have leader access to the collaborative space where this file has been saved. Also I have access to revert the transition from released to under editing
