Hi All

We are new to 3D exprience and while deploying a license server and doing some tests, we saw some users consuming two set of license because they have two users at their name ( like one in small letters and one in Caps letters)

Is there a way to reset the license server so we can start from scratch, Waiting 30 days is and options we would like to avoid
