Questions about RTP and RPO

Lots of customers ask the question what is the RPO on cloud platform.

Recovery time objective (RTO) and recovery point objective (RPO) are business continuity metrics used to define expectations of the recovery of data. A service level agreement (SLA) is a contract between two parties that, among other things, contains metrics. Other information in an SLA that has an RTO and RPO defined might also include metrics around the backup process, regulatory security requirements, and a point of contact for escalation.

Thus, defined metrics, such as RTO and RPO, are usually considered to be a component of an SLA and not the SLA itself.

I've never seen any information from DS on the RTO on the platform. Considering the fact that once data is deleted from a collaborative space its gone for good, and that there is no way to backup data unless you export it as 3DXML then I suppose RTO doesn't really come into it.
However, the question is what to say to IT teams that are interested in this information.
CAn anyone from DS give some literature to make propective customers feel happy that they won't lose their data on the cloud.
