Hi everyone, 

it came to my attention that there is no current ways of placing imported files in quarantine before pushing them on the servers on the 3DExperience cloud platform. The import function pushes the files directly from a location on the user computer without granting him the possibility to inspect the contents of the file. In the Catia V5 environment this represent a less important threat due to the fact we can open a file without having it pushed to the server directly from a local file saved on the user's computer. 

I believe it will be a great improvement to have a function that opens locally saved files on the cloud platform with the ability to inspect the contents and chose which elements to push on the servers. This would greatly reduce the possibility of wrongful imports and importing unvetted data. 

Let me know what you think about my proposition and if it would be worth it to push this concept as an ER or if there is existing ways to achieve my intended actions with already in place functions.
