Hi, everyone. I would just like to ask for some help because when I was trying to create another metrics, the DPU needs to be a Positive Integer. But searching for its formula, it's actually "defects/total population". And if that's the case, it will always be less than 1 because defects will normally be less than the total population, right? When I created the quality object, the DPU on its metric was less than 1 and there was no problem. I only received this notification when creating the second CTQ. Would anyone be so kind to shed light on this? Many thanks.
