Our company is new to using change actions. I had almost 50 files that we needed to edit, so I put them in a change action and assigned them to one of our designers. He completed the changes and put the change action to the "In Approval" step, which put all of the files in the Frozen state. While I was reviewing the changes, I realized that some additional work needed to be done on the files, so I put the Change Action back to the In Work state, but now all of the files are still frozen and the designer can't work on them. I found that if I open the files one at a time with the Collaborative Lifecycle app and work under the Change Action then I can put them back to In Work one at a time, but it is going to take forever with 50 files. Whenever I try to put all 50 files in the lifecycle app and change their maturity all at once, every change will fail. The status of the first file that failed will be:
"User does not have necessary privileges to change maturity of [File Title] to In Work..."
The rest of them will say:
"You must first address error with object [First File Title]..."
If I only put that first file into the lifecycle app then I can change it, but then I run into the same issue when trying to change the rest of the files all at once. Is there a way to do this in bulk?
