Project Manager (DPM) - Meetings - Action Logging

In the Project Manager roll (DPM), under collaboration there is the TAB meetings:
Here you can create meetings, and invite persons to the meeting.

 

There is also a traceability to log the decisions taken during the meeting.

 

Question:

I'm seeking an integrated manner to document the decisions and the actions/tasks that were taken during this meeting.
The advantages to having the actions/tasks assigned during the meeting is to enable a tracking of these tasks as well, and following them up until closure.
Aside of having the actions/task and decisions logged in a single system, I'm looking for a manner to extract them connected to the specific meeting context, as I would like to use this as well as MoM with external partners/customers/suppliers.
This would mean, the assignee of a Action/Task is should also be a non-platform user. here a co-owner could/should be assigned for follow-up with the external partner.

Is there a way of work that would allow this?
