In Project Management, I created a project and assigned tasks to users. Once the project is created, it will be in the Draft state, and assigned users will automatically begin working on tasks. As a result, once the assigned user completed his task, the next task should notify the next assignee, so he can start working on task. However, in our case, when the user finished his Task , the project manager or leader did not receive any notifications by Mail and platform Notifications, anyhow in notification preferences enabled all the notifications . Additionally, we needed the following next task to move automatically from the Draft to To-Do state so the next user would be notified.
Please provide a solution for this auto promote Task lifecycle. Once the Task is completed, the next task must be promoted to the To-do state.
