Looking for a Best practice proposal for the Project Managers under the Project management License.
How to best document the internal and external stakeholders (without access to the platform):
- coordinates
- associated communication links
- Stakeholders management plan.
The purpose it to create a common approach to document and retrieve the internal and external stakeholders of the project.
Is there an application that could support this effort (note I'm on Prem - 2023FD04) or should this be document based?
It would maybe be a good idea to foresee a functionality in Project Management application.
