We use XPDM technology to import product data and extend some attributes. When the data is imported and can be searched, it cannot be opened using the Product Structure Explore or 3Dplay mode on the web page, and the structure cannot be expanded and opened. But the model can be opened on the client side. Please refer to the attached image for details. Can someone else give me some advice or help?
