When I search for parts with 3D Search, the preview of 3Dparts is not shown for the parts searched. As I have shown in Picture 1, the preview of the parts in the content of the parts appears immediately after the search in the search. However, the parts we are looking for in Search in the customer environment do not appear in the search interface. I showed it in Picture 2 as seen in the client environment.

I am writing a scenario.

Scenario:

+ Open 3D Search

+ Search some 3DPart

+ 3DPart preview cannot be shown.
