While going through the learning module for Product Architect it noticed that I do not have the option the create a part via the "+" at the top right of the screen.

This stops me from completing the e-learning.

2 questions:

1. Does anyone know the reason for this? Is it role-related? 

2. Is there an alternative way to create the required Part?
