On 2019x FP 1947. Users cannot open with CATIAV5 from search result when in the web application. Drag and drop still works into CATIA. 

Is there a setting that needs to be made to get it to work, and if so which setting and where(client/app server) etc

Browser being used is Chrome.  Tried using this document to trouble shoot, but was not helpful .  The communication of the launcher to the browser works fine.
