I am facing an issue in 2022x On Premise environment.

Consider the following scenario.
User 1 creates a Bookmark via Bookmark Editor and add a document to that. He shares the bookmark to User 2. User 2 does not get a notification.
User 2 should get a notification in the notification center when the document is edited.

How to achieve this?

User 2 has subscribed to the document inside the bookmark. Still no notification for User 2. It seems subscriptions are available only to promotion and revision of documents.
Also, Bookmark Editor is not displayed in the Notification Center preferences too.
