Question follow-up on Introduction to Issue Management Webinar.
Can you help explain the distinction between the Netvibes-Data Perspective - In Service Support widget app versus the Issues Intelligence widget app.
Issues Intelligence widget app shows the reporting/analytics related to the issues within the Issue Management but also it looks like from the webinar today I see the Netvibes-Data Perspective-In Service Support also shows the same reporting/analytics of the issue from Issue Management. What is the difference between the two widget and which widget is the preferred to use for statistics/analytics of issues. -Thank you.
