In the past I created Multi-File-Documents in Collaboration Approvals App, e.g. to define Multi-Language-Documents. 

In the attached Screenshot you can see how it looked. I used this Multi-File-Document in the Document Management App, to review and to download a selected doucument. The Structure is already shown, but the dropdown menu for selection and button to download is missing since R2022xFD01
