We have a customer that is being bought by another company. What are the options w.r.t. tenant and data transfer?

1. Can we just move their tenant to a different party?
   1. What would the cost be?
2. If we cannot do that, is there a way for the new customer to get a tenant and install the current DB to that tenant? 
3. Or can we just set-up a new tenant for the new purchaser and move their data to that new tenant?
   1. Requires export/import solution for DS public cloud.

Basically, what are all the options for the company to transfer their assets to the new company?
