Looking for ways to restrict removal of Definition Library post release

Hello,

We are trying to set up the use of the Definition Library for our data objects such as Requirements, Physical products. While exploring its functionalities, we noticed that once the object have been released with a definition library, it is indeed not possible to modify the attribute values.

However, we observed that users can still remove the Definition library from a object even after release. The system only displays a warning, yet users remain able to remove the class and its associated attributes with their values.

Our expectation is that the Definition Class should not be removable at all and should be protected similar to other metadata of a data object once released.

Is this behaviour by design, or are there ways to enforce restrictions so that users cannot even attempt to delete any definition library after a object is released?
