I have a question regarding the generation of derived outputs. I have configured the Derived Format Converter app to generate derived outputs upon status changes on a dedicated computer. I have all the necessary licenses – EXH and STS. I need to generate PDF, STEP, and CATPart formats.

During testing, I changed the status of some data, and the system began the generation process. A few minutes later, the STEP and PDF files were successfully generated. However, the CATPart generation failed, and the system displayed the following status description: "Failed – XXC Credits Consumption."

I’m not sure why this happened. As far as I understand, if I have both EXH and STS licenses, I shouldn’t need credits to generate CATPart files. Am I missing something?
