Hi,

We have installed OOTB 3DEXPERIENCE R2025x with FP2506 on Redhat 8. Most are working fine but it’s not possible to access 3DDashboard.

In the catalina.out log it says “Failed to check licenses, unable to get the user licenses for user “ but there are other exceptions before. Early in the log we see this exception “jakarta.json.stream.JsonParsingException: Unexpected character '<'” which could be the real issue. Will try to upload the log.

The health check “https://chess-ootb2025x.ess.eu/3ddashboard/test-alive”  shows OK.

Please, what can we do to get it to work?.

We have checked the configuration and reconfig but still same problem.

It's a all-in-one onpremise installation on Redhat 8.10 server. We follow the step from

All services works except 3DDashboard. We access the services from Firefox on a Win10 client.
