I'm trying to import a Word document into the platform, but I'm running into an issue. I’ve created the document with requirements, comments, and chapters. However, when I start the import process, I receive the following error message:

"Requirement Capture Error: Valid User Name and Security Context must be set in the Settings dialog."

I’m not sure where exactly I should set the user name and security context. I’ve checked the settings but couldn’t find a clear solution. Could someone please advise on how to properly configure this or what steps I might be missing?
