I had tried in both the way as i was able to download when it is in Document file in Bookmark editor and in the 3D drive, whereas when it comes to normal CAD which is saved from the SolidWorks to Cloud through 3D space and Bookmark editor.
After the save i'm unable to download from other person account as i had granted the access to view, edit and manage 
even after that also i'm unable to download.
