Hello Everyone,
since yesterday morning seems that for some users the widget IP Classify & Reuse is not working: it is possible to enter into the desired Library, Classes and Subclasses but then the contents are not loaded. The loading procedure lasts for minutes, without any results and the Platform shows the error (see the image below). Does anyone know if is a matter of release 2023x.FD04 ? Has anyone obtained the same kind of error?
I have proceeded with all the possible actions like delete the navigation data, clean the cache, log-out and log-in from/to the platform, reloaded the cache and updated the index model and so on.
I am working on the cloud environment.
