Our company has been using 3DExperience for some time, and most of our documents are now stored on the platform.

However, it has been challenging to get all colleagues to use 3DExperience directly. For this reason, we have explored the possibility of integrating it with our ERP system, since that is the application most of our colleagues already work in. Unfortunately, the integration appears to be quite costly, and given that we don’t have a large number of items, I would like to know if there is a simpler, manual way of integrating with Microsoft.

In our current setup, we create all items as Physical Products with the full product structure. Related drawings are linked to the items using Product Release Engineer when building the structure. From these products, we are mainly interested in integrating the Derived Outputs from Drawings as well as the PDF/DOCX files we attach as specifications.
