Good day, everyone.

I am struggling to figure out how to import risks (.csv file) on 3DEXPERIENCE. I have followed some guidelines and some examples (see photos attached) but to no avail, the system always rejects it indicating it's an invalid format (see third photo). Could you please help me understand what needs to be changed (via examples) for the .csv file to be read? Many thanks.
