Here to report a huge issue in Requirement Management Tool within 3DEXPERIENCE platform. It is not possible to create standalone Requirements objects and create instance links to Chapters, Requirements Specification. Please check the error message here:

Users cannot create new Requirements! This is highly impacting productivity and daily work
