Hello everybody,
I try to use "Auto-promote tasks based on deliverable maturity" configuration option but it seems it doesn't work.
Environment: R2025x on-premise
Steps to reproduce
Administrator
- Go to Collaborative Spaces Configuration Center > Project Management > Project Task Behaviors section
- Activate the "Auto-promote tasks based on deliverable maturity" option/checkbox
Project Manager
- Create a Project, create a project Task inside, assign the task, promote the Project and Task to To Do state
Task Assignee
- Create an Item in Engineering Release web app
- Open a Task in Collaborative Tasks web app and link the Item to the Task as Deliverable.
- Promote the Task to In Work
- Promote the Item to Released state
Result :
The Item is in Released state
The Task is still in In Work state
Expected result :
The Task should be auto-promoted to Completed state
