Drawbacks of the functionality

1)Once CA moved to IN WORK state, the realized changes appear in the Change Action. There is no functionality to remove these realized changes

2)If CA moves back to Prepare state we can't work under it to save the changes made on realized change objects.

3)If we create an object by mistake while working under change , there is no functionality to remove the object from realized change
