Is there an option to change behavior of CA for owner setting for "Realized Changes"

Today behavior:

- When using a CA to revise an object (e.g. Physical Product), the user who was creating the CA (or who was promoting from "Draft" to "In Work", who is intended by the system to be the one who was creating the CA) by default is set as owner of the object, created by the "Realized Changes".

Customer demand:

- While the one creating the CA (e.g. Change Manager) is typically not the same one performing the change (e.g. responsible Engineer), the owner of the created object is not set correct for some customer, especially when this information is used for downstream process information (e.g. entry in drawing title block). A change of ownership can be performed manually afterwards but is not practicable for CA, containing many objects.
