Is it possible to link parameters that are part of a Requirement to a parameterized design in CATIA, such that if the user changes the parameter value in his design it is validated against the corresponding parameter value in the requirement?

For example, a requirement that controls the number of teeth on a gear, let's say with an initial value of 25, a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 50. If the designer selects a number below or above these values, is it possible to generate a warning message for the user?

What would be the general procedure to model this behavior?
