I am found in the online document that there is a way to define an Engineering Template for New Content in chapter "Social and Collaboraiton > Global Design Management > Collaborative Lifecycle > Administration DataSetup > Create a Template for New Content".

I tried according the document, but failed.

Is there anyone who has done it? Could you please share the way on how to do it?
