Is it possible to automatically create a task and or start a route after creating a Change Request?

Currently I only see Issues assigned to me in the Collaborative Tasks widget, no Change Actions/Change Requests. Is there a way to set up something like that using change requests? 

Or show CAs/CRs where you are assignee in the Collaborative Tasks?
