How do you share your dashboard with group of users with different credentials?

When trying to share my dashboard with group of "readers", they always have to change their credentials. This is not such trouble, but in Bookmark editor is only blank bookmark (even though the reader has access to the bookmark and it's data). You have to go to other bookmark and back to see the content of current bookmark. DBookmarkEditor d you faced this issue?
