Hello, 

we are currently testing the use of the Transition Assistant. As far as we know the Transition Assistant uses a stpx file to get all the necessary information for importing/migrating the data into the 3DX. We already successfully imported file based single parts with that approach. 

We are also testing to use web services (using the Postman application) for the import process. Therefore, we need to have the proper stpx file. We managed to get single parts into the 3DX properly using the stpx file that was created by the Transition Assistant automatically before. But we have problems with importing different versions of a part. This might be necessary since in file based system you often have different versions of a file and those needs to be recognized. We assume that stpx file must contain the proper information about that. But we don't know how the modify create the stpx file properly. 

So our question would be: 
Is there a way or a tool or a web service that we can use to create stpx ourselves?
