Hi, ENOVIA Users.

Has anybody encountered a similar issue like mine? Under Project Management, I am working on Managing Resources particularly creating Resource Requests. To be able to do that, an access to Project Administrator must be provided (please see attached photos 1 & 2 for reference). The user that I am using has the Project Manager role but I am unsure if it has the Project Administrator access because the interface of Resource Plan Template (see photo 3) does not have icons to create Resource Requests. Photo 4 is also attached to see how it should look like. Would anyone be so kind to provide more information where to find the Project Administrator access? Thank you.
