Guidance Needed: Managing Change Without CHG Role

We're navigating Change Management with the 'Collaborative Industry Innovator' role. Our process starts with Issues, then moves to Change Requests and finally to Change Actions. However, the absence of a Change Manager (CHG) is posing a challenge. We're seeking guidance on how to effectively link Change Requests to Change Actions for a seamless workflow.
