In 2026x FD02 on Promises, after installing the RMC Collaboration for Microsoft add-in and the hotfix from Native View, the following issue occurs:

• The user opens a Word document and signs in to 3DEXPERIENCE via the add-in.
• The login (URL, UID, password) works.
• However, the user cannot see the selection options for:
  • Organization
  • Collaborative Space
  • Country
• A blank pop-up window appears and freezes.
