My Query is related enovia ADK api(better api in terms of performance)

We are using DomainObject.findObjects() api with 2 where condition. for 9k objects its taking ~3 mins.

Are there any alternative API / Query settings available to fetch all objects of particular type having better performance?

Note : we tried Query API with read only transaction but it did not help . We are using Exalead , Are there any api's available from Exalead which can help here? as indexed data will be faster?
