Dear Community,

a cloud customer of mine is interested in the full change process within the Change Impact Analysis (CIA). OOTB the effort of time and cost is handled only with gradiations not in exact values.
During the tests we create a customer value as real for costs which appear in the list of CIA under Impact Analysis not Impact Analysis Metrics. 
 

• In that case it is not summarized
• the value can only be modified at (i)nformation paneel
• the value typed is not displayed in table list

Are there any solutions / fixes planned as improvement? Or is there any manual to customize it? Documentation for my  point of view is rarely in this topic.
