This is a bit long, but we'd appreciate it if someone can help who can!

We have a part that has a released Revision EA and an In Work Revision EB

We have a BOM that has the In Work Revision EB of the part on it.

We want to replace this In Work revision EB with the released revision EA.
We are using the Replace by Latest Released Revision command.
 

When doing so, we get this error that says that In Work Revision EB is already latest revision and can not be updated.

It's like the system is not understanding that we don't want the latest revision, we want the latest released revision.
