How can user control viewing experience in web app since in Release engineer app shows items that don't exist in Catia tree anymore?

for example pic below shows PK101600100005 & PK101600100006 that dont exist in Catia but are somehow related to Product:

We can detach it but from engineering manager point of view he needs to be able to see & trust only structure that exists in Catia and approve further from that...

As i can tell question is valid for 21x release onprem & cloud also​​​​​​​
