Is it possible to have a unique EIN, but the uniqueness is only checked for certain collaboration spaces?

We use the EIN to define a unique P/N for the parts/components.The uniqueness of the P/N is absolutely mandatory.

Unfortunately, customer regulations in different projects force us to use the same P/N, but for different components.

We even thought about using multiple tenants, but maybe there is a better way to realise it.
