Hello, 

I got a error message while validating the change management process on R2021x FD07.

For drawings created with CATIA V6, it is not added to CA's Proposed Change.

The scenario is as follows:
1. Form CAD structures as follows (you can recognize that I created drawings as CATIA V6 template)2. Create New Change Action (Begin Work)

3. Give me the role of assignee

4. Move to Proposed Change tab

5. Select all Structure as above (including drawings) and drag & drop into Proposed Change area

then error message pops up: "Object Drawing dup3_dup2_Drawing00000002 A.1 is defined as once instantiable and cannot be added as Proposed Change"

but if you do the same scenario with drawing created by other template(V5, AutoCAD and so on), the drawing is added to Proposed Change successfully.

That means the drawing created by CATIA V6 cannot be added to Proposed Change in Change Action

Please let me know why this is happening and how I can solve it.
