We are On Prem using 24x FP2. I have a dedicated computer to run DFC jobs as an Admin. The process has been working ok as of late however yesterday it stopped working. All jobs were hanging and not completing. I discovered that when I logged into 3DX using the Admin account, I was unable to launch SOLIDWORKS from this dedicated computer. I received an error saying Application is Not Installed. It is installed and was working. We tried to reinstall it in hopes it would fix the issue. It did not resolve the issue so we used Revo to perform the uninstall than reinstall it. We received errors on the install and stopped there.

We decided to setup a new computer and install the XCAD integration along with DFC. The install was successful however after logging into the platform as an Admin and launching DFC, it remains in Idle state and never processes any jobs. 

This is affecting Engineering and now causing delays in our design approval process. 

Can someone please advise me on what to try next.
