Hi community,

I'm testing derived format converter on 2024x FD03 on-prem.

I have launched the derived format converter (which is installed on a physical machine) with Admin credential and to do so I was logged into the 3dspace environment with admin rights and then clicked on the app in the compass.
If a user try to create a PDF derived output using the standard asynconous converter I see the job in the cue but after a while it fails.
I also checked the export_log.txt file and it is telling "Process ends with Error Return Code=8".
Any idea how to solve this problem?

UPDATE:

more test done, posting here some results.

derived output On-Demand: looks like it works for all users only for files "in work" no matter the role of the user.

derived output On-Status-Change: tested for "frozen" and "released" and look like it's working but more tests need to be done.

I guess the error mentioned above is related to the maturity state of the file I was working with but I'm not sure.

Would be nice to have these behaviour mentioned in the documentation.
